Being an inland navigator, I started contributing to freietonne.de. I liked their easy to use editor in first place. Digging deeper, I noticed the well structured tagging-scheme approach of OSeaM and switched to JOSM as an fully featured editor. Back in 2010 I started supporting OSeaM:
- booth set up at boot Duesseldorf 2010
- dev meeting 2013
- booth set up at boot Duesseldorf 2014
- author at facebook
- development of strategies producing offline maps:
- JOSM styles and presets:
- inland waterway maps and routing:
End of 2014 I lost confidence in OSeaM's code of conduct. Visit my last post at developer mailing list to get an idea about my frustration... Time to change, lets start this fork!
